Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA)
The Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association is the peak body representing the workplace rehabilitation industry in Australia. ARPA has a national membership of 150 member organizations of varying size from small professional rehabilitation practices, to national organizations, in turn representing approximately 1,500 full-time equivalent (FTE) Workplace Rehabilitation Consultants in more than 500 sites.
ARPA's strategic intent is to:
Build organisational sustainability; Embed our Framework for Excellence; Champion the work of career development professionals; Proactively advocate on issues relating to career development.
Enhance the reputation and profile of the workplace health, return to work and rehabilitation industry.
Improve the consistency, timeliness, and quality of representation into government organisations.
Improve industry capability/capacity/reducing turnover.
RCAA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ARPA. This allows members of RCAA and ARPA to attend continuing education, professional development and other events offered by each organisation, free of charge (if applicable) or at the member rate for fee paying events. This partnership will provide a wider range of professional development opportunities for RCAA members.
